Due to the nature of the items, I do not offer refunds.

Unless the item was damaged during transit, returns are not accepted. If the article is damaged, please, contact me immediately so that I can evaluate the issue. As the items are handcrafted, slight imperfections are not considered defects.

Exchanges can be made within 20 days, only for non-personalised items. These must be unused and in original condition. If returning an article, the shipping fees will be your responsability.

I only resend lost packages with a tracking number. I am not responsible for items lost in transit. Please, make sure you provide the correct address when ordering.
